The Tampere Capacitor Factory (TKF) was incorporated as a separate company on 1 January 2023. At the same time, the company’s name changed to TKF Power Quality Oy. TKF Power Quality Oy will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Arno Group. TKF’s production will remain at the factories of its parent company, Arnon Oy. Kari Lehto has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the company; he will also continue in his role as Chief Commercial Officer of Arnon Oy.
The change will not affect services or pricing for existing clients. The business ID and billing information will change.
The new company will continue to focus on serving its partners as an expert in power quality and energy efficiency solutions.
“As a separate company, we will be better able to focus on our own field and facilitate the growth and strategic development of TKF’s business,” commented Kari Lehto.
